As a proud part of the Cambridge Health Alliance, we deliver compassionate healthcare with cutting-edge technology, ensuring every patient receives the best treatment possible.
We are driven by the values of equity, integrity, and excellence, making us one of the leading healthcare providers in the region.
To deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare to all members of our community, regardless of background or income.
To lead in community-based healthcare and medical innovation, shaping the future of medicine through care and research.
In 1996, Cambridge Hospital merged with Somerville Hospital and later Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett to form the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA). This move aimed to streamline services and ensure the survival of public hospitals in the face of increasing healthcare costs and changing policies. CHA is now a regional healthcare system that serves more than 140,000 patients annually across its hospitals, primary care practices, and specialty services.
